Professional Experience:
Mr. Blau’s practice focuses primarily on representing institutional lenders and equipment lessors in drafting and negotiating transaction documents for secured and unsecured commercial credit facilities and equipment leases, and enforcing creditors’ rights in collections, workouts and bankruptcies. His experience concentrates on financing transactions which are generally collateralized by various corporate assets (such as accounts, equipment, inventory and intangibles) and personal guaranties. Mr. Blau also counsels corporate borrowers and equipment lessees with regard to their credit obligations.
