Professional Experience:

Marshall Jefferson (Jeff) Tindall is currently Of Counsel to Weber Gallagher, where he focuses on professional and ecclesiastical litigation, mediation and conflict resolution.  Mr. Tindall is also the Pastor of Carnegie Presbyterian Church, having graduated from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary in May 2007 and been ordained as a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Mr. Tindall has certifications in conflict resolution and mediation.  He has participated in numerous efforts of conflict resolution and mediation, including pre-complaint health care claims and mediation of health care litigation, end-of-life issues, family conflicts (including asset distribution and power-of-attorney issues).  Mr. Tindall is a co-chair of the Pittsburgh Presbytery Conflict Resolution Team.  In this capacity, he has provided consultation and mediation services to a number of churches within the Pittsburgh Presbytery that are engaged in internal conflict as well as denominational conflict.

Mr. Tindall has achieved an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Tindall is a member of the American Bar Association Section on Alternative Dispute Resolution, the Pennsylvania Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, the Allegheny County Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, the National Arbitration Forum, the Association for Conflict Resolution;  the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County Medical Malpractice Mediation Panel and has been appointed to the panels for Early Evaluation, Mediation and Arbitration for the ADR Program of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
