
Professional Experience:
Michael Savett’s practice concentrates on counseling insurance companies in coverage and bad faith matters involving commercial liability, automobile, homeowners, directors and officers, and professional liability claims. His experience includes providing first- and third-party coverage analysis, case management, design and implementation of cost-sharing agreements, and advice concerning methods of bad faith and coverage dispute avoidance. Mr. Savett also represents professionals in defense of errors and omissions claims and businesses in commercial disputes.
In 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010, Mr. Savett was recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine as a "Rising Star," an honor given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Mr. Savett was named in the “Insurance Coverage” practice area.
Mr. Savett has achieved an "AV Preeminent" Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Savett is a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter and a member of the Defense Research Institute and the New York State Bar Association (Torts, Insurance & Compensation Law Committee).
Active in the local gluten-free community, Mr. Savett also serves on the Business Advisory Board of the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness.
