Professional Experience:
Mr. Herpel devotes his practice to the defense of workers' compensation and general liability matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators.
Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Mr. Herpel served as an Assistant District Attorney in the trial and appeals units of the Philadelphia County District Attorney's Office. He also served as a writer for The Legal Intelligencer, the daily legal newspaper covering the Philadelphia region.
Mr. Herpel is an adjunct Professor of Political Science at Chestnut Hill College. He also serves as a mentor to young associates as part of the Philadelphia Bar Association's mentoring program.
