Professional Experience:
Lori DePolis devotes her practice to the defense of workers' compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third party administrators. Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Ms. DePolis defended insurance companies in matters involving commercial vehicles, premises liability and occupational disease. She was also a clerk to the Hon. Doris A. Smith-Ribner of the Commonwealth Court and served as counsel for the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, where she litigated matters before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
