Professional Experience:
Mr. Wright is of counsel to the Firm, resident in the Philadelphia office. He comes to Weber Gallagher with over 30 years experience in the representation of banks and other financial institutions. Mr. Wright has expertise in commercial and real estate transactions, mortgage banking, loan work-outs, general banking practice and environmental policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Mr. Wright was of counsel at the law firm of Kahn Greenberg & Blau. Mr. Wright was also Corporate In-House Counsel at CoreStates Bank, N.A. and its predecessor, First Pennsylvania Bank, where he structured, negotiated and documented a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including loan and lease financing transactions, loan work-outs and the sale of foreclosed real estate. He represented the bank in matters involving federal regulatory and other governmental agencies. Previously, Mr. Wright was Corporate Counsel at Associated-East Mortgage Co. and counseled clients at the law firm of Archer & Greiner.
