Professional Experience:
Mr. Benedict has litigation experience ranging from the defense of personal injury litigation including general negligence, commercial motor vehicle, product liability and medical professional liability matters. He has represented and counseled clients in various state and federal courts. In addition to litigation experience, Mr. Benedict has contract drafting and negotiating experience in the areas of Sports and Entertainment law.
In 2010 and 2011, Mr. Benedict was recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star, an honor given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.
