Mr. Wheeler devotes his practice to the defense of civil litigation matters. Prior to joining Weber Gallagher as an attorney, Mr. Wheeler was a law clerk with the Firm. Mr. Wheeler was also an Intern with the Montgomery County Public Defender's office.
