Ms. Ladd has experience representing institutional lenders, enforcing creditors' rights and remedies in collections, workouts and bankruptcies and has worked on numerous foreclosures, replevin actions, garnishments, levies, set-aside of fraudulent transfers and preferences. Prior to joining Weber Gallagher as an attorney, Ms. Ladd was a law clerk with the Firm.
