Professional Experience:
Ms. Biviano devotes her practice to the defense of general liability matters, including tort litigation, environmental litigation, and medical malpractice on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators.
Immediately prior to becoming an associate in the firm, Ms. Biviano worked as a plaintiffs’ personal injury attorney at the Law Offices of Rosemarie Arnold in Fort Lee, New Jersey, specializing in motor vehicle, construction, wrongful death, and trip/slip-and-fall accidents.
Ms. Biviano also worked as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Jonathan N. Harris, J.S.C. (concentrating on Land Use Law and Prerogative Writ Matters) in the Bergen County Superior Court 1999-2000 court term. In addition, Ms. Biviano worked as an intern for the Hon. Mark M. Russello of the Bergen County Superior Court during the 1998-1999 court term.
In 2006 through 2009, Ms. Biviano was recognized by the publisher of the New Jersey edition of Super Lawyers magazine as a "Rising Star," an honor given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the State who are 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Ms. Biviano was named in the “Civil Litigation: Defense” practice area.
In February 2008, Ms. Biviano was appointed to serve on the District VI (Essex County-Newark) Ethics Committee by the Office of Attorney Ethics of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
