Professional Experience:

Mr. Taylor focuses his practice exclusively in family law and handles all matters of divorce, support, and custody.  He regularly argues cases before the Pennsylvania Superior Court involving complex family law issues.

In 2011, Mr. Taylor was one of 27 Pennsylvania attorneys, under 40 years of age, selected by The Legal Intelligencer  as a "Lawyer on the Fast Track," an honor recognizing the future leaders of Pennsylvania's legal community.

In 2008 and 2011, Mr. Taylor was recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star, an honor given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania who are 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.

Mr. Taylor was quoted in the August 3, 2011 edition of the Legal Intelligencer, in an article titled:  "Same-Sex Marriage Fight at Heart of Cozen O'Connor Benefits Case" and in an article published by Law360 on August 19, 2011 titled "Cozen Same-Sex Benefits Feud A Cautionary Tale For Firms".

Professional Memberships and Activities:

Mr. Taylor is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. 

He is a member of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a member of the Rules Committee for that Section and a member of the Montgomery Bar Association.  Mr. Taylor chairs two committees in the Montgomery Bar Association's Family Law Section.

Mr. Taylor has been a PBI panel presenter on the topic of Representing Special Needs Clients in Family Law Cases in Pittsburgh, PA in December, 2007.  He also presented a Case Law Update at the PBA Family Law Section Summer Meeting in Toronto, Canada in July, 2006. 

In May 2011, Mr. Taylor completed the 8-day Houston Family Law Trial Institute program hosted by the South Texas College of Law.  This intensive program focused on litigation skills, including cross-examination of business appraisers and custody evaluators. 

Mr. Taylor is a member of the Doris Jonas Freed Inn of Court and volunteers for the Montgomery County Advocacy Project.  He is member and first vice-president of the Collegeville Lions Club.
