Professional Experience:
Mr. Harchar concentrates his practice in the defense of workers' compensation and general liability matters on behalf of self-insured entities and third-party administrators, and represents physicians and other health care providers in medical malpractice matters.
Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Mr. Harchar handled a wide range of insurance defense matters with the firm of Byrne, Neyhart & Higgins. Mr. Harchar also served as a law clerk to the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole.
