Professional Experience:
Mr. Katz devotes his practice on the representation of physicians and healthcare organizations against professional liability claims. Mr. Katz also handles replevin/property seizure cases and has defended numerous general liability cases.
Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Mr. Katz was a law clerk for the Honorable Terrence R. Nealon in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
