Professional Experience:
Brian Carter devotes his practice to the defense of workers' compensation and general liability matters on behalf of self-insured entities and third-party administrators. He also represents financial institutions in commercial contract disputes and creditors' rights matters.
Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Mr. Carter handled a wide range of workers' compensation, employment and creditors' rights matters with the firm of Goldfein and Joseph.
