
Professional Experience:
Marc Levin devotes his practice to general liability matters, focusing on commercial law and defense litigation, in the areas of premises liability, automobile and truck accidents, errors and omissions and professional malpractice. Now approaching twenty years of practice, Mr. Levin possesses valuable experience representing clients in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, mediations, district justice proceedings, various administrative proceedings and in the appellate courts.
Mr. Levin also represents and counsels major-label and Grammy-winning artists in the music industry in a variety of legal and business matters. As a part-time musician himself, Mr. Levin brings his personal experiences gained through working within the regional community of artists, venues, entertainment companies, booking agents, managers and producers to his clients in order to provide a uniquely insightful attorney-client relationship. On behalf of his clients, Mr. Levin has negotiated, drafted and provided advice and guidance in numerous facets of the music industry including contracts and agreements relating to band operation and partnership, A&R representatives, label-shopping, performances, management, artwork release, music and book publishing, administration, production, record labels, merchandising, touring, branding deals and licensing.
Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Mr. Levin handled litigation and entertainment matters with another Harrisburg firm.

Member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Dauphin County Bar Association.
Mr. Levin is also a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) - Lawyers' Professionalism & Ethics Committee, the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA), the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) and the Harrisburg Area Community College Music Industry Advisory Committee.
