Professional Experience:
Mr. Calistri devotes his practice to litigation, including general and product liability, medical malpractice and commercial matters. He has tried numerous cases in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with several recent jury trial victories garnering front-page stories in The Legal Intelligencer. Mr. Calistri recently obtained jury defense verdicts in cases involving product liability, motor vehicle accidents, serious elevator and premises injuries, and severe skin burns sustained by a restaurant patron. He also recently prevailed before the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court in a complex maritime personal injury action. Mr. Calistri also has written and lectured extensively on subrogation matters.
Before joining Weber Gallagher in 1994, Mr. Calistri was associated with the Law Offices of Rawle & Henderson.
Mr. Calistri was recognized in 2002 as one of the “50 on the Fast Track: Top Attorneys in Region Under 40” in The Legal Intelligencer.
