Professional Experience:
Mr. Seman has litigation experience in state and federal cases for matters involving premises liability, construction, product liability, commercial motor vehicles and cargo issues, and underground storage tanks. He is also experienced in strategic catastrophic injury structured settlements involving special need trusts and Medicare and Medicaid issues.

Mr. Seman is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association and he serves as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
