Professional Experience:

Christopher P. Deegan joined the firm in 2001 and focuses his civil and commercial litigation practice on subrogation matters, insurance defense, and mortgage foreclosures.  He has handled and tried numerous cases involving products liability, automobile accidents, premises liability and contract disputes.  In addition, Mr. Deegan’s commercial practice consists of representing several banking institutions and small businesses.  Mr. Deegan has co-authored the firm’s publication, “Subrogation Made Easy: A Nuts and Bolts Guide to Subrogation Recovery,” which has been presented to numerous insurance companies in several states.

In 2010, Mr. Deegan was recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star, an honor given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.
