
Professional Experience:
Mr. Foreman has been a practicing trial lawyer for over 15 years and is licensed in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. He has tried cases and handled appeals in all three states. He has an active trial practice covering Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio and Northern West Virginia.
He has a broad range of experience in many legal disciplines, and has handled cases in bankruptcy, antitrust, products liability, long term health care, criminal law, business representation, insurance coverage, subrogation, worker's compensation, and many other areas of the law.

He has an active trial practice involving primarily medical malpractice defense, representation of the nursing home and long term care industry, and general liability insurance defense matters.
