Professional Experience:

Mr. Greene devotes virtually his entire practice to the defense of workers' compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators. He is a frequent speaker on workers' compensation issues for both Lorman Education Services and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.  He has served as the course planner and moderator for PBI's advanced course, Tough Problems in Workers' Compensation, since 1999. He has published several articles on various workers' compensation issues.

Mr. Greene serves as the editor of the firm's Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Quarterly Update.  He also serves as Vice-Chair of the firm's Workers' Compensation Department.

Mr. Greene has achieved an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell.  In 2010 and 2011, he was recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine as being among the top 5 percent of practitioners in his practice specialty within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Claims Association. Mr. Greene is also a member of the Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association, the Pennsylvania Self Insurer's Association, the Trucking Insurance Defense Institute (TIDA), the Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association (PMTA) and the Pennsylvania Association of Resources for People with Mental Retardation (PAR).
