Professional Experience:
Ms. Porada Frazier focuses her practice on workers' compensation.
Ms. Porada Frazier's workers' compensation practice involves the defense of employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators throughout western Pennsylvania.
In conjunction with her Workers' Compensation practice, Ms. Porada Frazier has been instrumental in the development of the Firm's Medicare Set Aside division. Ms. Porada Frazier is responsible for the preparation of Medicare set-aside analyses for submission to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and for communication with the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Contractor concerning Medicare conditional payment liens.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Porada Frazier served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul Pozonsky in the Washington County Court of Common Pleas - Criminal Division.
In 2008, 2010 and 2011, Ms. Porada Frazier was recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star, an honor given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.

Ms. Porada Frazier serves as an editor of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section newsletter. Ms. Porada Frazier was selected to serve as the editor for the Employer's perspective by Workers' Compensation Judge David Torrey.
