Professional Experience:
Ms. Porada focuses her practice in the areas of workers' compensation and subrogation. Her workers' compensation practice involves the defense of employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators throughout western Pennsylvania. She presently serves as an editor of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Newsletter, having been selected to represent the defense perspective by Workers' Compensation Judge David Torrey.
Ms. Porada's subrogation practice involves the litigation of civil disputes on behalf of insurance carriers and their insureds throughout the entire litigation process including the district magistrate, arbitration, trial court and appellate levels from a plaintiff's perspective.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Porada served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul Pozonsky in the Washington County Court of Common Pleas - Criminal Division.
