Professional Experience:

Mr. Arnold devotes his practice to the defense of workers' compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators. He helps to oversee the Workers' Compensation practice group for the Newark, New Jersey office. Some of his significant achievements include:

Obtained defense verdict for client at trial involving allegations of multiple cervical disc herniations and a torn rotator cuff as result of a work accident and 25 years of occupational exposure;

Obtained defense verdict for client at trial involving a denied work accident with surgical repair of a torn rotator cuff.

Mr. Arnold was named as a Certified Workers' Compensation Law Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.

He was selected for inclusion in the 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Workers' Compensation Law.
