Professional Experience:

Mr. Rubinich devotes his practice to defending and prosecuting workers' compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rubinich also counsels employers concerning employment practices, claims management, workplace safety issues, return to work programs, and risk management of workers' compensation issues. Some of his significant achievements include:

• Defense verdict for a self-insured entity in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania;
• Successfully defended appeal of injured claimant in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.

In 2010 and 2011, Mr. Rubinich was recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star, an honor given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.
