Professional Experience:
Ms. Walsh is the Vice Chair of the Employment Practices Liability Group. She specializes in the representation of private and public sector employers and individuals in all aspects of employment-related matters, municipal liability and civil rights litigation. Ms. Walsh defends employers in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state and local agencies. Ms. Walsh represents clients in a wide range of industries and business sectors, including but not limited to health care institutions, human services and social services agencies, nursing homes and retirement communities, accounting firms, real estate and property management firms, manufacturing plants, law firms, and municipalities and officials. She also counsels employers on a variety of employment matters and provides risk management advice, training, and seminars to employers. Ms. Walsh is the editor and a contributing author of the group's Employment Law Newsletter.
Ms. Walsh's practice also includes all aspects of general civil litigation such as defending commercial carriers (trucking and motorcoach) and business establishments in personal injury and other related matters.
Ms. Walsh has achieved an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
