Professional Experience:
Mr. Yuhas devotes his practice to the defense of New Jersey workers' compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators. Although Mr. Yuhas presently handles litigation in the northern New Jersey venues, he has appeared in all New Jersey workers’ compensation courts. Mr. Yuhas was formerly employed as staff counsel for MasterCare Insurance Company in Clark, New Jersey, where he handled New Jersey workers’ compensation matters on a statewide basis. Mr. Yuhas has over 10 years experience in handling New Jersey workers’ compensation matters. He also has been recognized by Loyola University for excellence in rendering legal services to the Hispanic community.
