Professional Experience:

Mr. Goldberg's practice is a broad range of areas with extensive trial experience representing public and private entities and individuals in state and federal court. His practice includes representing private employers, municipalities, religious institutions, commercial transportation companies and professionals, as well as public and private institutions of higher education in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mr. Goldberg's practice also includes all aspects of general civil litigation and includes civil rights, employment law, municipal liability, defense of sexual abuse and assault cases, commercial carriers (trucking and motorcoach) in catastrophic loss cases, psychiatric malpractice, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, clergy malpractice, product liability and personal injury. He is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and from 2005 through 2011, Mr. Goldberg has been recognized by the publisher of the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine as being among the top 5 percent of practitioners in his practice specialty within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has also been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.

He has spoken before a number of insurance industry groups at lectures and seminars, and recently appeared as a panelist on the American Law Journal television program to discuss the legal implication of the use of anti-psychotic drugs.
