Professional Experience:

Mr. MacMahon specializes in all matters of general liability, with a focus on the areas of premises liability, commercial carrier defense and Dram Shop defense. His clients include entertainment venues, promoters, nightclubs, concert halls, arenas, restaurants and taverns. Mr. MacMahon has lectured businesses, insurance carriers and clients on many varied topics including civil practice in Philadelphia County, Delaware County, Chester County, Montgomery County and Bucks County, risk management in the concert industry, risk management for liquor licenses, joint and several liability in Pennsylvania and indemnity and contribution.

Mr. MacMahon has tried jury trials in several venues including Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh, Franklin, Dauphin, Berks, Monroe, Cumberland, Columbia and Lackawanna Counties, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District.

Mr. MacMahon has a BV Distinguished 4.4 out of 5 Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell indicating very high legal ability and very high adherence to ethical standards.

Mr. MacMahon currently serves as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Philadelphia County Dispute Resolution Center.
