April 28, 2006 : Weber Gallagher Sponsors Workers' Compensation Presentation
On April 18, 2006, Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP hosted a panel presentation in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania discussing strategies for limiting exposure of low back injury cases. Panelists included Weber Gallagher partner Peter J. Weber, Dr. Michael Furman, a nurse case manager, and an MRI technician. More than 50 claims professionals attended, including representatives from Cincinnatti Insurance, Gallagher Bassett, Erie Insurance, Amerisafe and Glatfelter Insurance. Associate Shawn Gooden organized the event.
