November 22, 2006 : Christian A. Davis Authors Article in PSIA Newsletter
Christian A. Davis, a partner in the Firm's Philadelphia office, wrote an article in the November 2006 issue of the Pennsylvania Self-Insurers' Association's Workers' Compensation Newsletter. The article is titled "Impairment Rating Evaluation Held No Bar to a Subsequently Filed Termination Petition Alleging Full Recovery."
Mr. Davis devotes the majority of his practice to defending workers’ compensation matters in state and federal court on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators.
