March 24, 2004 : Three Weber Gallagher Attorneys Named Pennsylvania 'Super Lawyers'

Peter J. Weber and Marc B. Zingarini, partners in the Philadelphia office of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, and Patrick J. Stapleton III, partner in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, have been named among the top lawyers in Pennsylvania by the publishers of Philadelphia Magazine.

Weber, Zingarini and Stapleton will be honored for their accomplishments, along with other selectees, in the June 2004 issue of Philadelphia Magazine and the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers Magazine.  The selection process began with nominations by their peers and was followed by data verification and independent research into the qualifications of each nominee.  A blue-ribbon panel of attorneys from each of 60 practice areas then reviewed and rated the nominees.  The list of “Super Lawyers” includes the top five percent of attorneys in private practice, as well as attorneys in government and corporate practice, such as prosecutors, in-house counsel and public service lawyers.  Weber was named in the “Workers’ Compensation” practice area, while Zingarini and Stapleton were named in the “Insurance Defense – Personal Injury” category.
