June 19, 2009 : Nursing Home and Long Term Care Liability Practice Group Formed

Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP is pleased to announce the formation of a new Nursing Home and Long Term Care Liability practice group.  This is an interdisciplinary group comprised of 20 partners and associates with experience representing nursing homes and other long term care facilities in matters such as liability defense, employment issues, workers' compensation, and other matters. 

The firm is dedicated to providing skilled and affordable representation to clients in the long term health care industry.  The group has created a new publication titled the Nursing Home and Long Term Care Bulletin.  This is a complimentary service which reports breaking case law, legislative action, and regulatory developments to anyone with an interest in the long term care industry.  You can sign up to receive the Bulletin automatically by email by contacting partner Samuel H.
