June 23, 2009 : Economic Downturn Impacts Family Law Cases
The National Law Journal and ABA Journal recently published articles on the effect of the current economic downturn on divorces and custody disputes. Partner Lynne Z. Gold-Bikin, who was quoted by both publications, says that activity has increased as couples have sought adjustments in alimony and child support obligations due to changes in financial circumstances.
