Christian V. Badali, an associate in the Family Law department of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, has been elected Treasurer of the Family Law Section of the Montgomery County Bar Association for 2010. With this election, Mr. Badali is in line to become Chair of the Section in 2013. Mr. Badali, resident in the Firm's Norristown office, has extensive experience in the areas of family and matrimonial law. His areas of practice include divorce, custody, alimony and spousal support, child support, equitable distribution and protection from abuse. His practice extends throughout the greater Philadelphia area, including Berks County and southern New Jersey.
