Partner Christian A. Davis and associate Wendy S. Smith of the Weber Gallagher's Philadelphia office co-wrote an article published in the November 2009 issue of the Pennsylvania Self-Insurers' Association's newsletter. The article, titled "Building a Workers' Compensation Defense Arsenal in a World of Mistrust," addresses tools such as Impairment Rating Evaluations and the potential limitation of therapy sessions.
