March 25, 2010 : Seven Attorneys Selected as NJ 'Super Lawyers' and 'Rising Stars'

Seven Weber Gallagher attorneys have been named by Super Lawyers magazine as "Super Lawyers" and "Rising Stars" in New Jersey for 2010. Partners Catherine J. Flynn and Richard S. Ranieri (Newark) and Jeffrey D. Newby and Mark S. Setaro (Cherry Hill) were cited as "Super Lawyers," while partners Rosemarie Biviano and Marissa R. Kussoy (Newark) and John P. Kickbusch (Cherry Hill) were selected as "Rising Stars."

The selection process began with nominations by their peers and was followed by data verification and independent research into the qualifications of each nominee. A blue-ribbon panel of attorneys from more than 60 practice areas then reviewed and rated the nominees. The list of “Super Lawyers” includes the top 5 percent of attorneys in private practice, as well as attorneys in government and corporate practice, such as prosecutors, in-house counsel and public service lawyers. No more than 2.5 percent of attorneys are named to the "Rising Stars" list.
