Rick Ranieri was featured in the New Jersey Law Journal article "Court Will Review Drunken Drivers' Right to Sue Bars That Served Them" which focuses on the New Jersey State Supreme Court's agreement to hear the case Voss v. Tranquilino and decide whether drunken drivers injured in accidents they cause can sue the establishments that served them alcohol.
