Thomas J. Bailey and Cassandra E. Rhodes have joined the law firm of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP as associates.  Mr. Bailey, a 2007 graduate of Villanova University School of Law, has joined the Firm's Workers' Compensation practice group, where he represents employers in defending workers' compensation matters.   He is resident in the Firm's Philadelphia office.  Ms. Rhodes, a 2005 graduate of Thomas M .Cooley Law School, is a member of the Firm's General Liability group, where she represents individuals and businesses in the defense of civil litigation matters.  She is resident in the Firm's Cherry Hill office.
