April 22, 2008 : Three Associates Join Weber Gallagher

Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires and Newby LLP announces the hiring of associates Kerri Lin Borislow in the Philadelphia office and Matthew B. Esslinger and Leah M. Clark in the Harrisburg office.

Ms. Borislow’s professional liability defense experience includes handling medical, legal, accountant and realtor malpractice matters. She also has represented clients in defense of automobile, premise liability, bad faith and insurance coverage matters.  Ms. Borislow held a law clerkship in the New Jersey Superior Court with the Hon. Samuel D. Natal, J.S.C. in the Camden County Criminal Part.  Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Ms. Borislow practiced as a litigation attorney at a Montgomery County law firm.  She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mr. Esslinger devotes his practice to the defense of workers' compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators.  Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, he was a law clerk at the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board.  He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

Ms. Clark devotes her practice to the defense of workers' compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators.  Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Michael E. Bortner of the York County (Pa.) Court of Common Pleas.  She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
