January 01, 2009 : Three Associates Join Weber Gallagher

Robert G. Yosua has joined Weber Gallagher's Philadelphia office, concentrating his practice in medical malpractice liability, general business practice, appellate advocacy, urban planning, product and general liability defense in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Yosua, a 1990 graduate of Penn State University and a 1997 cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law, also serves as Chair of the Media Borough (Pa.) Planning Commission.  Mr. Yosua is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. 

H. Benjamin Sharlin has joined Weber Gallagher's Cherry Hill office. Mr. Sharlin, a 1997 graduate of Hobart College and a 2003 graduate of Widener University School of Law, has experience in areas of practice including civil litigation, health care, premises liability, business contracts, real estate and commercial law.

Mr. Sharlin served as a law clerk to the Hon. Paulette Sapp-Peterson, then-Presiding Judge of the Civil Division, Superior Court of New Jersey in Mercer County. He has also served as a mediator in the Special Civil Part of the Law Division.  

Mr. Sharlin is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  He is also a member of the Mercer County Bar Association.

Timothy G. Yuncker, who has joined the Firm's Scranton office, concentrates his practice in the defense of insured and self-insured entities in workers’ compensation matters. Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Mr. Yuncker was a partner at Smigel, Anderson & Sacks, practicing in the areas of workers' compensation, administrative law and employment law.

Mr. Yuncker is a 1993 graduate of York College and a 1996 graduate of Widener University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Dauphin County Bar Association.
