Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires and Newby LLP is pleased to announce that seven associates recently joined the Firm.
Meredith A. Kirschner, Jamie N. Labukas, Gus Pelagatti Jr. and Melissa M. Smith are resident in the Philadelphia office. Ms. Kirschner and Ms. Labukas devotes their practices to the defense of employment discrimination and civil rights litigation matters. Mr. Pelagatti represents health-care providers in the defense of professional liability claims, and Ms. Smith represents employers in workers' compensation matters.
Kevin E. Harchar and Noah E. Katz practice in the firm's Scranton office. Mr. Harchar defends employers in workers' compensation disputes. Mr. Katz's clients include medical professionals involved in malpractice claims.
Gerald S. Levine is a member of the firm's recently formed Health Law practice group in the Newark office.
