May 24, 2010 : Brian W. Carter Joins Harrisburg Office

Weber Gallagher is pleased to announce that Brian W. Carter has joined the Firm as an associate and will be resident in the Harrisburg office. Mr. Carter devotes his practice to the defense of workers' compensation and general liability matters on behalf of self-insured entities and third-party administrators, and to the representation of physicians and other health care providers in medical malpractice matters. He also represents financial institutions in commercial contract disputes and creditors' rights matters.

Mr. Carter is a 2003 graduate of Utah State University and a 2006 graduate of Penn State Dickinson School of Law.

Prior to joining Weber Gallagher, Mr. Carter handled a wide range of workers' compensation, employment and creditors' rights matters with the firm of Goldfein and Joseph.
