January 02, 2007 : Richard E. Stabinski Joins Philadelphia Office

Richard E. Stabinski has joined Weber Gallagher as a partner in the Firm's Philadelphia office.  Mr. Stabinski has more than 20 years of litigation experience in the areas of commercial law, general liability, toxic tort and employment practices, has tried more than two dozen jury trials in Pennsylvania courts and has argued numerous appeals.  His successes include obtaining a $20 million-plus verdict on behalf of Mobil Oil in a property damage lawsuit venued in Luzerne County in 2003.

In 2004, 2005 and 2006, Mr. Stabinski was recognized by the publishers of Philadelphia magazine and the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine as being among the top 5 percent of practitioners in his practice specialty within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  He also maintains an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Stabinski is active in state and local politics, serving as campaign manager and senior adviser to numerous elected officials and sitting judges.  He also volunteers in his community of Swarthmore, Pennsylvania as a member of the Zoning Hearing Board and as a youth sports coach.  He is a graduate of Rutgers University and Vanderbilt University School of Law.
