Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP is pleased to announce the election of Andrew R. Benedict and John P. Kickbusch to partnership.
Mr. Benedict, based in the Firm's Philadelphia office, defends personal injury litigation, including general negligence, commercial motor vehicle, product liability and medical professional liability matters. In addition to litigating matters, Mr. Benedict has contract drafting and negotiating experience in the areas of sports and entertainment law.
Mr. Kickbusch, resident in the Cherry Hill office, focuses his practice entirely on the defense of workers' compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators.
