December 20, 2004 : Weber Gallagher Promotes Four Attorneys to Partnership

Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP is pleased to announce that Richard D. Arnold, Dominick J. Georgetti, Michael S. Savett and Matthew Stool have been promoted to partnership at the law firm effective January 1, 2005.

Mr. Arnold is a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group, in which he represents employers in workers’ compensation matters.  Mr. Arnold is resident in the firm’s Newark office.

Mr. Georgetti is a member of the firm’s Professional Liability practice group, with his practice focusing on the representation of physicians and hospitals in medical professional liability matters.  Mr. Georgetti is resident in the firm’s Scranton office.

Mssrs. Savett and Stool are members of the firm’s Insurance practice group in Philadelphia.  Their practices are concentrated on counseling insurance companies in coverage and bad faith matters involving property and casualty claims.
