January 10, 2006 : Marshall J. Tindall Joins Pittsburgh Office

Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP is pleased to announce that Marshall J. “Jeff” Tindall has joined the Firm’s Pittsburgh office effective January 1, 2006.  The addition of Mr. Tindall complements and broadens the Firm’s expertise in medical professional liability, employment practices, and insurance litigation matters in Pennsylvania and Ohio.  In addition, Mr. Tindall will lead the Firm’s new complex dispute resolution and mediation practice group.

Mr. Tindall has been in active practice for 23 years and has established a reputation as a preeminent counselor and advocate for the Pennsylvania hospital community.  He also represents insurance carriers, their insureds, agents and employees in all types of claims and litigation.  Rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Tindall is experienced in representing numerous other clients in matters involving property damage, environmental issues, and personal and economic injury. 

Mr. Tindall also is an accomplished mediator.  He is certified in Conflict Resolution and Mediation by the Pittsburgh Mediation Center, and his practice with Weber Gallagher will place strong emphasis on mediation and conflict resolution – an area of growing demand in western Pennsylvania.  

Mr. Tindall graduated from Allegheny College (B.S., 1978).  He attended Capital University Law School (J.D., summa cum laude 1983), where he was the Articles Editor of the Law Review.  He presently attends the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and expects to receive his Master of Divinity in 2008.  He is a member of the National Arbitration Forum, Association for Conflict Resolution, Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, The Ombudsman Association, and the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas Medical Malpractice Mediation Panel.  He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
