March 04, 2011 : Scranton Attorneys Obtain Defense Verdict in Medical Malpractice Case
Gene Feeney and Noah Katz were victorious in a case involving allegations that medical negligence led to the death of a 25-year-old man. After deliberating for one hour and fifteen minutes, the jury handed down the defense verdict.
