March 21, 2011 : Andrew R. Benedict Gets Case Dismissed Against Local Police Department
Andy Benedict represented the Palmer Township Police Department in a case involving a 32 year old pregnant woman who was killed by a fugitive driving the wrong way on Route 22. The victim's husband and family filed suit against the Palmer Township Police. After filing both a 12 (b)(6) Motion and a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, the case was thrown out against the Palmer Township Police Department.
