Jeffrey D. Newby, a partner in the Cherry Hill office of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP, appeared on Law Journal, the weekly award-winning television program on the law, on February 13, 2006 at 8 p.m. on WFMZ-TV 69, which is broadcast in Philadelphia, the Lehigh Valley, western New Jersey and Delaware.  Mr. Newby discussed recent issues in workers' compensation law on the program, titled "Workers' Compensation: The Difference a State Makes."  Mr. Newby devotes his practice to defending workers' compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators.
