Philadelphia partner Mark T. Gallagher was a guest panelist on Christopher Naughton's acclaimed program on the law, "Law Journal," which aired on June 5, 2006.   On the program -- "Workers' Compensation: Change in the Legislature, Change on the Bench" -- the panel, which included claimants' attorneys Jerry Lehocky and Kenneth M. Kitay and Audrey Formica from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry, addressed proposed amendments pertaining to compromise and release matters, "Resolution Courts," mediation guidelines, mandatory trial schedules, appeals board issues, attorney fees, an uninsured employers guaranty fund and payment of compensation insurance proceeds for overdue child or spousal support. In addition, the show examined two recent Pennsylvania Supreme Court rulings on mental-physical cases and Impairment Rating Evaluation (IRE) matters.
