July 24, 2006 : Weber Gallagher Attorneys Lead Workers' Compensation and Employment Law Seminar
Weber Gallagher partners Richard D. Arnold, Wendi D. Barish, Joseph Goldberg, Jeffrey D. Newby and Tracy A. Walsh led a continuing education seminar discussing workers' compensation and employment law issues.
The one-day program, held on September 14, 2006 in Parsippany, New Jersey, provided attendees with the law and strategy of how to properly handle workplace injuries, and employment practices that should employed and avoided. It also provided the legal requirements imposed upon an employer under both the New Jersey Workers' Compensation Act, ADA, FMLA and NJLAD regarding returning to modified duty.
